Making Special Memories for Your

We just wrapped up 4 events. It was great. It was done perfectly, from the transportation to the accommodation to the whole planning till the end. We’ve been in talks with the team from MyEventz and all I can say is thank you, it’s been memorable. We’ve had some great people around us, listening to all our questions, answering everything, giving us whatever we need. Without them, it would have been a bit too difficult, so thank you. Appreciate it.  The team does go above and beyond to try to understand what we want, and they do their best to get everything that we’ve requested for. You guys have been amazing while reaching out for everything and keeping us in the loop, making it less hectic for us, so 10/10 for that, we are really thankful to MyEventz. Thank you! 

Hello, I'd just like to say that I, along with the team at Short Thought, are incredibly happy with the work that MyEventz has delivered, especially through Siddharth. We were a very small team with big ideas for a grand, big fat Indian wedding-themed party. And as the planning progressed, we slowly realized that there were many moving parts and loose ends that were simply too difficult and too complicated for us to handle on our own. Reaching out to a professional was the right decision, and we were very fortunate to have connected with MyEventz. Working with Siddharth in particular was a fantastic experience. He quickly became an extension of our team. He understood exactly what we wanted in terms of style, execution, and quality, and he delivered on every detail. And just as importantly, he understood our limitations, respected our budgets, and he gave thoughtful suggestions that helped us achieve the best possible outcome within them. He always found smart, practical solutions without compromising on the overall vision. And his suggestions for having the saffa, for having the mehendi, and for having the gola, all of these were his suggestions and inputs which ended up at the final party and which people are still raving about right now. From sourcing the right vendors to finding interior designers who could truly bring our vision to life, he consistently showed a strong understanding of client needs and expectations. That says a lot about his professionalism and his work ethic. Even though we came to see him as a friend, he always remained professional and we respected him even more for that. From the many tastings that we went to and the many last minute changes that we had on our group, he delivered on everything and he went above and beyond. He was available when we needed him. Some of our coordination happened across the European time zones and we reached out late in the night and he still responded. While we know that it's not always ideal, we do appreciate the support and dedication. I will say as a final result, as a final word of appreciation, the final result was outstanding. At the final stage we were concerned because of the attendance as a lot of people had backed out because of world geopolitical conditions that we had no hand in. And we even considered speaking with the venue and reducing the numbers. But on the final night the attendance was double than what we had planned for and we all know this, we were all there. Even now our team hears from people around the world in our many meetings, in our many Zoom calls and the many conferences that members of our team have already attended that this was the best ICANN after party that they had ever attended and this would not have been possible without MyEventz and without our friend Siddharth. Thank you very much.

I would like to thank you for being the best wedding planner and a friend as well! And I would like to thank the entire MyEventz team for showering so much of love, support, and best wishes to us.  We got the best team in the entire wedding roller coaster.  Everything wouldn’t have been so smooth and easy going without MyEventz team and specially You. 

My Eventz hosted my brother's wedding and they hosted it amazingly. Each and every requirement was taken care of very carefully. MyEventz coordinated very well & their hospitality was very nice, they were very calm with us. Each and every situation, demand & in fact each and every wish of ours was fulfilled. We planned a wedding in just 8 days. We got our daughter married in just 8 days. We came across My Eventz. They were a great help to us. They got us the best deal at Hyatt Regency with an amazing service, great food & decor part, everything was managed very well. Our guests are super excited & are very happy. My dad called My Eventz and then we got in touch with My Eventz Team. The whole arrangement was seamless. We were very tensed that with current situation how is it gonna happen.
